The Cuckoo Trail, part of the National Cycle Network Route 21, also provides 14 miles of mainly traffic-free pathways, useable in all weathers. This property is close to the ancient market town of Hailsham which is a delightful mixture of old and new retaining character but also offering a cinema, leisure centre, swimming pool and bowling alley which are useful on those occasional rainy days.
